Pool Plant Operator

Description About The RoleOur resort in Skegness is recruiting for a Pool Plant Technical Team Member to come and join us.We're looking for someone wholikes to work as part of a team, is comfortable and confident to talk to our guests and enjoys working in a busy environment and can dial up the energy when its required. You should have a positive outlook and a can do attitude with a passion for delivering a high level of service and will always strive to exceed the guests expectations.The role includes:Carrying out and assisting with planned maintenance and reactive maintenance and backwashingDaily and weekly swimming pool water testsCarrying out daily plant and equipment servicingCompleting all documentation in line with the company policyGeneral understanding of Health and Safety proceduresGeneral maintenance of the Splash plantroom equipmentAbout YouSkills, Knowledge & Expertise STA Pool Plant Operators L3 Qualification is advantageousA basic understanding of water chemistry would be advantageousHave previous experience of working in pool environmentCompetent swimmer as this role may require duties working in the waterPlease Note:Our resort is open 7 days a week and therefore flexibility, reliability and punctuality are all essential, as you will form an important part of a team.Working to a rostered 5 days out of 7.
