Support Worker (Day & Night Shifts) Skegness, Lincolnshire, PE25 13.17 per hour Ad hoc, Ongoing & Pre-Booked Shifts Available, Long days, Nights, Early and Lates 80-Bed Supported Accommodation | Complex Needs About the Role We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a busy supported accommodation service in Skegness . This role combines office-based key working responsibilities with hands-on support work , helping residents with complex needs transition into independent living. Clients typically stay for up to 3 months , and you will play a key role in supporting their journey. Key Responsibilities Manage your own caseload of clients , providing structured and consistent support Support residents with benefits, housing applications, and job searching Signpost clients to relevant external agencies and services Maintain regular contact and monitor progress Accurately record all support provided using a computer-based system Plus standard Support Worker duties: Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to residents Promote independence, wellbeing, and life skills development Support with daily routines and engagement in activities Build positive, professional relationships with residents Promote safeguarding, equality, and person-centred care Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours when required Work as part of a team to ensure consistent and reliable shift coverage , especially late shifts TPBN1_UKTJ
