Christmas Team Fairground Operator Department: Ents & Leisure Employment Type: Fixed Term - Part Time Location: Skegness Reporting To: Vincent Harley Description Fixed Term Contract 3rd December - 1st January 2026 (24 hours per week) Interviews being held Wednesday 19th November. Our fairground teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Leisure department. You will be working in our brand new fairground and soft play. Working alongside a fantastic team and our buddy systems for new starters, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. As a leisure attendant you're responsible for the safety of every guest who attends our rides and activities, by checking they're secure, supervising at all times, height restrictions along with appropriate guardians when needed, keeping everything tidy and hazard free, inspections and of course making sure everyone is enjoying their Butlins experience. Our new team must be able to work Mondays and Fridays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Contract from 3rd December until 1st January 2026 with the opportunity for seasonal work in 2026 To be considered, candidates must be available for the duration and able to start on Wednesday 3rd December to attend a mandatory induction.
