Were looking for energetic, friendly, and flexible Team Members who love variety and thrive on making people smile.nThis is a multi-skilled role working across both our Accommodation and Leisure departments, giving you the chance to support guests in different ways throughout their stay.nOn Mondays and Fridays, youll be part of our accommodation team, cleaning and preparing guest rooms ready for new arrivals making sure everything is sparkling, welcoming, and just right.nFor the rest of the week, youll switch gears and join our leisure team, getting involved in a wide range of guest activities. That could mean supporting sessions in soft play, leading pottery or ceramic painting, helping kids design their own T-shirts, or joining in with football, archery, high ropes, and more.Youll be right at the heart of the fun guiding, encouraging, and interacting with guests of all ages.Previous experience in sports coaching or activity delivery is a bonus, but its not essential.
