Now, theyre looking for a seasoned finance professional to take the reins and drive performance across these new sites.Role Summary:This is a high-impact, international role for a Controller whos ready to lead from the front. Youll be the financial lead across three Plants, with 3 dedicated site leads feeding in, shaping reporting, driving profitability, and building relationships on the ground. If youre sharp, resilient, and ready to make a differencethis is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate controlling activities across three PlantsManage monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in line with corporate standardsDrive KPI tracking, production cost analysis, and customer profitability insightsPartner with plant leadership and finance teams to improve results and efficiencySupport investment proposals and financial justificationsEnsure compliance with internal audit and group accounting standardsImplement new processes and automate repetitive tasksTravel quarterly to each plant to build relationships and support developmentAct as a trusted business partner to operations and group finance leadershipCandidate Profile:Formally Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Minimum 5 years experience in multinational industrial environmentsStrong IT and data analysis capabilitiesProven track record in cross-functional and international rolesExperience implementing finance systems and driving changeHigh standards, strong leadership, and clear communicationResilient, self-driven, and results-focusedComfortable with complexity and ambiguityPolitely assertive, collaborative, and cost-consciousOn Offer:70k basic salaryBonusPrivate Medical25 days holiday + bank holidaysHybrid workingGenuine opportunity to have an expanding role and work with high-calibre individualsTPBN1_UKTJ
