Building Safety Lead

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Safety Lead to work with one of our Housing Association clients in KentWhat the job will be doing* Manage clients response to the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Regulations.* Manage clients approach to fulfilling the requirements of the named bills plus wider health and safety legislation relating to building safety and keeping clients customers safe in their homes.* Act as Building Safety Manager.* Prepare, produce and implement key actions to ensure client complies with all relevant legislation and regulations in keeping customers safe in their homes in relation to building safety and fire safety.* Develop control methods to ensure key decision gateways are implemented throughout the life of buildings within clients housing stock on building safety and fire safety matters.* Be responsible for developing Building Safety Cases for our housing stock and make evidence available for customers.
