We employ over 43,500 people worldwide.What You'll Be DoingMarket Analysis & StrategyAnalyse sector trends, competitor portfolios, and system performance to identify opportunities for growth.Develop category and product strategies aligned with business goals, market intelligence, and customer feedback.Drive new product development (NPD) and product extensions to meet market demands and sustainable revenue targets.Build customer frameworks to identify unmet needs and opportunities, leveraging insights to justify NPD and portfolio enhancements.Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and phase-out, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Conduct annual range reviews, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage product imports to achieve portfolio goals.Performance Monitoring & ReportingAnalyse portfolio performance by customer, sector, and KPIs, managing pricing, margins, and promotional activities.Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.Work with Technical, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate product literature, effective campaigns, and market recognition.Maintain robust document control in line with CCPI principles.What We'd Love For You To HaveExperience in integrated marketing campaigns (construction, manufacturing, or B2B preferred).Competent user of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital tools (LinkedIn, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, email platforms).Experience working with sales, product, and specification teams; strong project management and communication skills.Influence change, build relationships, and network confidently.Team player with a customer-centric approach.We Will ProvideA competitive salary + packageThree paid days leave for community, charitable, or voluntary commitments.Level 3 Westfield Cashplan Healthcare.Income ProtectionAccess to a Reward & Benefits platform.Access to Employee Assistance Program (legal or medical advice).Life Assurance (x 4 times your basic salary).Cycle to Work Scheme and Tech SchemeWhat happens next?We appreciate that your time is precious and applying for a new job can be a lengthy process - so we have committed to replying to your application within three working days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
