Job Description Account Handler Sittingbourne, Kent | Up to 35,000We are partnering with a wellestablished brokerage in Sittingbourne, Kent, who are looking to welcome a new Account Handler to their growing team.This position will primarily focus on renewals, however, if your strengths lie in new business, the company is open to considering this too.What Were Looking ForA minimum of 3 years recent experience as an Account Handler within an insurance environment.Experience with property insurance is highly desirable.A confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner, with the ability to build strong and trusted client relationships.Excellent computer skills, accuracy, and attention to detail when handling customer information.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound calls from clients regarding their policy renewals.Providing clear, professional guidance while delivering an exceptional level of customer care.Ensuring all client data and policy updates are accurately processed.Additional InformationFulltime, officebased role.Salary up to 35,000, depending on experience.Candidates with some insurance experience who are looking to develop their career are also encouraged to apply.Please note: Applicants must have insurance experience.
