Steel Erector

Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Sittingbourne, specialises in the production and installation of high-quality structural and architectural steelworkincluding staircases, balconies, balustrades, gantries, railings, decking, glass systems, and sheet metalwork. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Steel Erector to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and rewarding projects. Key Responsibilities: Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and plans Set out and verify dimensions and levels using appropriate site equipment Work closely with site and project management teams Complete required documentation, including time sheets, work records, and handover sheets Proactively plan work sequences and resolve on-site issues Deliver work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail Requirements: Proven experience in structural and architectural steel erection Valid trade-specific CSCS card Ideally hold certifications including IPAF , SSSTS , PASMA , and CPCS Slinger/Signaller Strong communication and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence If you're a proactive, detail-oriented steel professional, wed love to hear from you.
