Personal Lines/HNW Account Handler

We are working with a fantastic business who are looking to add to their growing team in Sittingbourne, Kent. You will be part of a long established organisations dealing with Account Handling of HNS customers within insurance. Responsibilities:To handle inbound calls from new and existing customers in relation to their insuranceProvide a top tier level of customer servicesDealing with queries, MTA's, new business, renewals and all other handling dutiesUnderwrite large risks up to your individual underwriting authorityRequirements:At least 1 years experience within a similar role, ideally HNW or personal lines but will consider come commercial insurance classes of businessExcellent telephone manner and courtesy to deal with the customers professionally and in a friendly and caring wayThis role is full time office based and within a great environment where the team are supportive, friendly and look out for each other.
