Job DescriptionJob Title: Business Development Manager SaaSLocation: Sittingbourne Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote, UK travel required)Salary: 45,000 to 60,000 + Uncapped CommissionAbout the Role:Were partnering with a fast-growing SaaS provider in the fleet and logistics space to find a driven Business Development Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities across key verticals.Key Responsibilities:Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in fleet, logistics, and rental sectorsBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersDeliver tailored product demos and proposals to prospective clientsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market effortsMaintain accurate pipeline data and performance tracking via CRMProvide market insights and feedback to inform commercial strategyWhat We're Looking For:Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in tech or logisticsStrong hunter mentality with a track record of closing new businessExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCommercially minded with a strategic approach to salesProficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentIf interested, please apply with an updated CV.
