Join us on our journey to create a cleaner, greener planet.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Garden Maintenance/ contracts Manager located in Sidcup. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing garden maintenance operations, supervising maintenance staff, managing schedules, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Additional responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance activities, implementing maintenance management systems, and conducting maintenance and repairs as needed.The role will additionally be spear heading the commercial maintenance dept growth trajectory .QualificationsSupervisory skills including team management and schedulingExperienced at quoting and managing soft landscaping projectsExperienced in general salesProject management skills vitalExperience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive MaintenanceKnowledge of Maintenance Management and Maintenance & RepairStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesRelevant certifications or qualifications in horticulture or landscape management are beneficialExperience in eco-friendly or sustainable practices is a plus
