Job DescriptionAssistant Farm Manager | Shropshire | Root Crops & Cereals About the RoleWe are seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to join a family farming operation. The Assistant Farm Manager will work closely with the Farm Manager on a 2500ac farm growing Root Crops and cereals.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating tractors and other agricultural machinery for ploughing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting cropsPerforming routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performanceAssisting with general farm work as needed, including transporting materials and preparing fieldsExperience with Gatekeeper and Excel would be idealOrganising a small regular teamRequirementsStrong understanding of agricultural processes and equipment maintenanceAttention to detail and commitment to safetyPA1 / PA2 or BASIS would be desirableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull driving licenseHow to ApplyIf you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, please apply.
