Electrical Project Manager55-60k + 7k Car Allowance, Pension, HealthcareShropshireRef: 24613 The Project Manager will directly manage projects simultaneously at different stages of progress/completion while working closely with Customers, Installation contractors, Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, and Contracts to ensure successful project completion. The Role:Lead and manage cross-functional teams on electrical and controls projects to deliver commitments on schedule, under budget to exceed customer expectationsCommunicate and meet with customers through the life cycle of each projectReview, summarise and communicate the contractual requirements, milestones, and practicalities to internal and external stakeholdersPrepare and present progress and financial reports of Projects under managementManage risks & mitigation using Project Management toolsManage and participate in Quality Audits and Assurance.Assist estimation and preparation of bids working with functions and sub-contractors/vendorsWorking Conditions: Up to 30% Travel for bid site visits, installation meetings and site supervision if required The Person:5+ years direct experience in industrial project management.Experience with Electrical, Controls and high-power applications will be a plusAwareness of NEC and HSEProject management tools experience MS Project Server, MS Projects, SharePoint etcOracle or SAP experience preferred Hybrid role, office located in Shropshire, this role is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Stafford.
