With operations in UK, India, Europe, US and China we give a global service to our selected clients, which is one of the many reasons we are growing significantly faster than our competition. This exciting position requires an enthusiastic and determined individual to work as a key member of the global fragrance development team. Managing projects and collaborating with internationally respected Perfumers, Marketeers, Technicians and Salespeople, your role is to select winning fragrances to delight our customers. Due to the nature of this role we are unable to support complete remote working so applicants must be willing to relocate to the South Coast of England where our UK operation is based.  We regularly visit our clients so you must be prepared to travel when the business requires. Key Responsibilities:  ·      Manage multiple complex creative projects, selecting or developing fragrances in line with our customer’s requirements. ·      Collaborate with Account Managers, Perfumers and Marketing teams to assist in identifying new fragrance trends and market directions, developing those into innovative fragrances. ·      Work with the technical team to develop innovative new fragrances and fragranced media. ·      Support and participate in expert sensory panels ·      Build close relationships with customers, working closely on technical, creative, marketing and olfactive enquiries and opportunities. Essential Skills Required: ·      Experience in Evaluation ·      Excellent olfactory skills ·      Knowledge of fragrance industry and standards ·      Passionate about the fragrance industry ·      Strong analytical and creative skills ·      Attention to detail ·      Ability to multi-task ·      Team Player, open-minded, flexible Benefits we offer: ·      Competitive rates of pay that are above the national living wage ·      28 days holiday (Including bank holidays) which increases with service·      Company pension scheme·      Life insurance·      After a qualifying period you will be eligible for profit share, occupational sick pay and enhanced maternity/adoption/paternity pay·      Free off road parking Quintessence is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
