Founded in 2010, Brickendon has a strong focus on financial services and the public sector, helping organizations navigate and implement significant changes.Digital Marketing & SEO SpecialistWe’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to take ownership of marketing across two complementary brands:Focus of the RoleBrickendon (80%):Drive marketing for a specialist financial services consultancy, building authority through thought leadership and SEO-led content across complex topics (e.g. regulatory change, credit risk, transformation). You will develop targeted campaigns to reach senior banking stakeholders (Programme Directors, COOs, Transformation Leads) and support the growth of a firm with a strong track record across Tier 1 banks.Aduvo (20%):Support a high-impact advisory brand by growing its digital presence, content, and lead generation. You will help position Aduvo as a trusted partner for founder-led and scaling businesses, working closely with the founder to translate real operator experience into compelling marketing.This is a high-impact, in-house role with direct visibility to leadership, where you will own SEO, content, and digital performance, directly influencing brand visibility and pipeline growth.What You’ll DoLead and execute end-to-end digital marketing across SEO, content, paid media, email, and social (primarily LinkedIn)Own SEO strategy and execution (keyword research, on-page, technical SEO)Build content clusters around high-intent topics (e.g. regulatory change, transformation, M&A, exit readiness)Create and optimise high-converting landing pagesDevelop authoritative B2B content (thought leadership, case studies, web copy, founder-led narratives)Lead founder-led LinkedIn strategy, crafting high-quality content and commentary for a senior audienceRun performance campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, selective Meta) with a strong ROI focusOwn analytics and reporting (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, LinkedIn Analytics, CRM)Use data to drive pipeline impact, not just trafficDesign and manage email campaigns, nurture flows, and audience segmentationWhat You Bring2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (ideally B2B services)Strong experience in SEO and landing page developmentProven content creation and technical writing skillsHands-on experience with SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive)Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, commercial contentAnalytical mindset with focus on measurable outcomesSelf-starter with strong ownership and ability to work independentlyNice to HaveExperience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere)Background in financial services, consulting, or techExperience with influencer/creator collaborationWhy JoinReal ownership and autonomy in a growing businessDirect impact on brand visibility and commercial growthWork across two distinct but complementary B2B brandsExposure to high-impact, senior-level topicsOpportunity to shape and scale marketing from the ground upRemote-first role with flexible setup
