Head of Product | Poole (Hybrid) | £75,000-£80,000 We’re partnered with an established and growing technology business that build software solutions across the UK and internationally. As they expand their product portfolio, they’re looking for a Head of Product to take ownership of product direction and team leadership.This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for product strategy, roadmap planning, delivery, and team performance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including the CEO, engineering, and commercial teams to define the next generation of their solutions.What we’re looking for:Proven experience leading a Product function, ideally in both SME and large-scale organisationsStrong background in product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market executionComfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams (Product Managers, BAs, Product Owners)Confident navigating both technical conversations with developers and customer-facing discussionsExperience delivering enterprise or SaaS productsWhat’s in it for you:Salary: £75,000 - £80,000HealthcarePensionHybrid working
