They're now looking for a Hardy Plant Supervisor to support the Plant Area Manager in maintaining high standards, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the hardy plant team. - Maintain and refresh hardy plant displays for maximum seasonal impact. - Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent quality and availability. - Conduct sales analysis, produce reports, and take action based on findings. - Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers. About You: - Strong knowledge of hardy plants, including perennials, shrubs, and trees. - Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment. - Experience in a supervisory capacity - or capability to step up. - A keen commercial eye and an ability to analyse data - then making targeted improvements/decisions based on data. - Hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations and merchandising. - Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.
