We’re looking for someone with a passion for supporting both individuals and businesses through the complexities of workplace law. You’ll be handling a wide variety of engaging and challenging matters from clients nationwide. This role gives you the chance to build lasting relationships, take ownership of your caseload, and make a genuine difference in people’s working lives.Your work will include:Drafting and advising on Settlement AgreementsHandling employment disputes for both employees and employersManaging unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claimsAdvising on redundancies and restructuresPursuing Protective Award claimsDrafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and proceduresRepresenting clients at Employment TribunalsIdeally you will be based in our office in Roundhay, Leeds but hybrid working is possible (and other remote working options are also possible).Our Leeds office offers central resources including business meeting rooms, administration support and an office desk base. However, flexible working arrangements are available.We are seeking a solicitor to join our employment law team on an employed basis, working with staff and consultants to support clients across England and Wales.
