Legal Counsel- Commercial & Procurment

We are seeking a qualified lawyer (minimum 2 years PQE) to join a leading Manufacturing company on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business, providing high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.Location: Remote working with occasional travel to the Midlands (1–2 days per month)Rate: £300–£340 per day (PAYE rate)The role:Advise the business on procurement and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and commercial best practice.Analyse and manage legal risks affecting business operations and strategy.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.Support internal stakeholders with pragmatic, solution-focused legal guidance.Requirements:Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a current practising certificate.Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience.Proven experience in procurement and commercial contracts.Previous in-house experience in a manufacturing company is highly desirable.Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and remotely.To register an interest, please send through your updated CV to kwilliams@Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
