This is a key leadership position for a senior nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role and is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality care to individuals with complex needs at home.About the Role:You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Clinical Leads across London, supporting adults and children with high-dependency needs in their own homes. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on clinical input, and a visible presence with clients, families, and commissioning partners.Working in partnership with the Head of Clinical Services, you’ll ensure care delivery is safe, person-centred, and fully compliant with clinical standards and governance frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Clinical Leads Hold a small, high-complexity caseload to stay grounded in care deliveryOversee onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions into careDrive continuous quality improvement through audit, SOP compliance, and clinical supervisionEscalate and manage complex clinical issues with clients, families, and MDTsRepresent the clinical function in commissioner meetings and case reviewsDeliver or support clinical training for carers and nursesParticipate in the senior clinical on-call rotaWho We’re Looking For:NMC Registered Nurse with significant community, complex care, or ITU experienceConfident in leading teams and managing clinical riskExperienced in developing others through coaching and supervisionStrong knowledge of UK healthcare systems, safeguarding, and CQC requirementsExcellent communicator, able to build trust with families and professionalsBased in London with flexibility to travel across the regionFull UK driving licence requiredWhat’s on Offer:Office Based, Home-based role with travelCompetitive salary + benefitsOpportunities to influence service development and clinical excellenceProtected CPD time and full induction supportWork within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary teamMake a measurable impact on care outcomes for clients with complex needs
