Big site, big team, high footfall – and expectations to match.The Role:They’re looking for a strong No.2 – someone confident running a large, fast-paced operation and keeping a close eye on service, standards and the team. Ideally, you’re already at GM level or very close, and ready to step into a business that gets what good leadership looks like.Culture is key here. The team, the guest experience, the energy on the floor – that matters just as much as the numbers.
