Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced BREEAM Consultant to deliver a range of assessments and support wider sustainability initiatives within the business.This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to sites and meetings in London and the South East. It’s a great opportunity for a driven, self-motivated professional who enjoys flexibility, client interaction, and delivering meaningful sustainability outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver BREEAM assessments Provide practical sustainability advice to clients, design teams, and contractorsProduce BREEAM reports, evidence submissions, and certification documentationContribute to sustainability planning reports and statements for development projectsMaintain awareness of regulatory updates, BREEAM scheme changes, and industry best practiceAttend occasional site visits and client meetings in London and surrounding areasCandidate ProfileLicensed BREEAM Assessor (New Construction essential)Minimum 2 years’ practical experience delivering BREEAM assessmentsStrong understanding of sustainable building design and UK environmental regulationsExcellent communication, report writing, and project coordination skillsComfortable working independently in a remote roleLondon-based or within reasonable distance for occasional site visitsPackage & BenefitsSalary of £45,000 per annumFully remote working arrangementOngoing professional development supportDiverse project portfolio and a collaborative, supportive team cultureStrong progression planGreat benefits
