Customer Service Administrator - PermanentShrewsbury
L & C Consulting are working with a Shrewsbury based concern to recruit for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their small, existing customer service team on a permanent basis. Based in modern offices, this role will suit a confident, professional applicant with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Take and process orders
Deal with customer queries and promote relevant offers etc
Check stock availability
Process pricing changes, discounts, billing etc
Work closely with the Accounts department
Update CRM
Support the department with various ad hoc, administration duties
