Our teams work across critical environments, supporting clients in healthcare, industrial, commercial & energy sectors.Were now looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our delivery team on the Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital project a major liveenvironment healthcare scheme where quality, safety and coordination are absolutely key.What Youll DoAs Construction Manager, youll play a central role in leading the onsite delivery of MEP construction activities. Youll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Imtechs PDS and contractual requirements.Your role will include:Leading and managing the onsite installation team, including subcontractorsEnsuring all works meet quality, safety and compliance standardsOverseeing construction planning, logistics and resource coordinationSupporting design, engineering and procurement handovers into constructionMonitoring progress, productivity and performance against programmeDriving best practice, continuous improvement and a positive site cultureSupporting commissioning, handover and closeout activitiesBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the projectThis is a handson leadership role where your ability to influence, guide and support teams will be essential.What Youll BringWere looking for someone who brings both technical strength and strong people leadership, including:Experience managing construction delivery on large MEP or complex building services projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics and liveenvironment workingExcellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skillsA proactive, solutionsfocused approach with the confidence to challenge and improveStrong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teamsA commitment to safety, quality and delivering a great experience for everyone on siteRelevant construction qualifications (NVQ, HNC/HND, SMSTS, CSCS/ECS etc.) are essential.
