Job Description Payroll AdministratorProactive Personnel are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on behalf of our client based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.Salary: 26K - 33K DOEHours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am 5pm & Fri 8:30am 15:00pm. Duties include but not limited to:Assisting with preparation of weekly/fortnightly/4 weekly/monthly/annual payrolls ready for Manager reviewAssisting with uploading Pension Contribution files to Pension ProviderKnowledge of HMRC Real Time Information reporting deadlinesSetting up PAYE Schemes with HMRC Assisting with year-end processesEnsure department control file is updated Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its featuresAbility to work to stringent deadlines with accuracyGood communication skillsIdeal Candidate:Previous experience working in Payroll.
