Your new roleAs Head of HR, you will operate as a key member of the Senior Leadership team, taking the lead in managing and overseeing all strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources within the business. This position will drive the development and day-to-day execution of the Human Resource team while setting company-wide HR strategies for the Organisation. You will lead the Human Resource initiative to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and Organisational growth. This individual contributes as a strategic partner in the accomplishment of departmental plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders and align Organisational goals and objectives. You will be passionate, ambitious and have the desire to influence at all levels, whilst having a clear vision of how this post will contribute and enhance the company’s Vision.
