If you enjoy juggling a varied caseload, working with people, and making a real difference to communities, this could be the role for you.What you''ll be doing:Managing lettings from start to finish - allocations, tenancy terminations, mutual exchanges and shared ownershipsMarketing our homes positively to reduce voids and rent lossWorking closely with colleagues, local authority partners and external agencies to deliver smooth, timely letsSupporting customers through the lettings and onboarding process, including those with additional or vulnerable needsKeeping accurate records and maintaining highquality data across our housing systemsWhat we''re looking for:Experience delivering a highquality, customerfocused serviceStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working with housing data, policies and proceduresA practical, problemsolving approach and great communication skillsHousing lettings or allocations experience (or closely related casework) is desirableWhy join STAR Housing?
