Job Description Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (5+ PQE)Shrewsbury & Telford | Legal 500 FirmA well-established, Legal 500-ranked firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing team across its Shrewsbury and Telford offices.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded property lawyer with 5+ years experience to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.The Role: You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityNew build transactionsShared ownership mattersYoull be working as part of a collaborative team with strong administrative support, handling good quality work and maintaining excellent client relationships.About You:5+ years experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)Able to manage a full caseload independentlyStrong client care and communication skillsCommercially aware with a proactive approachComfortable working across both Shrewsbury and Telford offices where requiredThe Firm: This is a Legal 500-recognised firm with a strong regional presence and an excellent reputation for client service.
