This role offers a stable & long term opportunity within the infrastructure and highways sector, with training and long-term career prospects available.Role OverviewAs a Traffic Management Operative, you will support the safe and effective management of traffic across highways and work sites.Key responsibilities include:Installing and maintaining traffic management systemsAssisting with traffic control during roadworks, infrastructure projects and eventsEnsuring safety procedures and site standards are followedWorking collaboratively with team members and site personnelRequirementsApplicants must meet the following criteria:Full UK driving licence (Max 6 Points)Ability to work the shift patterns listedThe following qualifications are desirable but not essential:Lantra 12AB12D M1/M2Unit 2 Traffic ManagementShift PatternsFlexible shift patterns are available and may include day and night work.Available patterns include:12 days on / 2 days off6 days on / 1 day offThere are also opportunities available for High-Speed Operatives which involve night work. xjdpvnf These roles require a Lantra 12AB qualification.
