About the Role of Technical Coordinator: Long-term freelance opportunity for a Technical Coordinator in Central/South London, offering a competitive day rate.Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to work with a main contractor on a 20M legacy schemes in London.I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for a Technical Coordinator to join their team.This is an opportunity to be site-based, with flexibility for some remote working.As a Technical Coordinator, you will be working closely with the commercial and construction teams and will have full support from a Senior Technical Manager and Technical Director.Our client takes pride in the quality of the developments they deliver and has experience with a variety of schemes across London and the South East, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs.This is an opportunity for a Technical Manager to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 12 months.They are looking for someone with a strong background in residential projects and experience working with a main contractor.The ideal candidate for Technical Coordinator:- Strong residential and commercial project experience- Main contracting experience- RC frame experience- fire queries, O&M and handover experience- Proven ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsd02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
