Our tools are instinctively recognised as Tough, Dynamic, Different and so are our people.The Role:Were looking for a Creative POS & Packaging Designer to elevate how OX shows up in-store and in customers presentations. Youll design high impact point-of-sale displays and packaging design, then bring concepts to life through high-quality 3D renders/visualisations so customers can quickly see (and buy into) the idea.This is a hands-on creative role with real commercial impact: your work will help win shelf space, improve conversion at fixture, and keep OX presentation consistent with brand and packaging standards.Key Responsibilities:What youll do: Design and develop impactful POS displays and retail activation concepts Translate briefs into retail-ready solutions aligned with customer and manufacturing requirements Create presentation decks and visuals for customer sell-in and internal alignment Develop and adapt packaging layouts in line with brand guidelines Produce print-ready artwork including dielines, cutter guides, bleeds, and finishes Build 3D models and create high-quality renders for customer presentations and approvals Produce realistic visualisations to communicate materials, finishes, and product placement Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver projects on time Liaise with external suppliers to ensure smooth production and high-quality execution Stay up to date with retail design trends, materials, and display technologiesWhat were looking for:Strong experience designing POS/retail displays that are both creative and manufacturableProven packaging design and artwork capability with strong attention to detail and production accuracyProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Experience with 3D/CAD design and rendering using relevant visualisation softwareExperience working with corrugated/paper-based displays and production-ready dielinesGood understanding of POS manufacturing processes (e.g. metal, plastics, printing, CNC, assembly)Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and respond to feedback effectivelyHighly organised with strong time management and ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to create high-quality presentation decks and visual assets for customer sell-in and internal alignmentPortfolio required demonstrating:o POS display concepts + final execution visualso Creative Packaging layout exampleso 3D renders / customer visualisationsWhats in it for you?The opportunity to be part of a growing, ambitious global brandThe chance to grow and develop within the business23 days holiday + birthday + volunteer leaveFlexible hybrid working (4-5 days in the office)Company pension schemeA vibrant, supportive team cultureWe live by three attributes: Humble, Hungry, People Smart.
