You will be responsible for external resource, from selection, and allocation to fit project requirements. The successful applicant will develop strong relationships with the supply chain and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless project delivery.Develop and maintain a team of pre-qualified partners both within the business and external resourceAssign appropriate design teams to projectsWork closely with Head of Project Management and Senior Project Managers to select the appropriate Contracts and Tender processManage project Capex from approval stage to final account in conjunction with QS and in-house Cost Managers.Responsible for the health and safety of all construction activityEnsure the Frasers Retail Brand DNA is protected; strive to constantly improve the process and qualityInterface with Head of Project Management, Procurement Teams and Cost Teams to ensure strategies meet the pipeline requirementCommunicate monthly programme update via Flash ReportsChampioning the use of best practices, accuracy of construction documents and technical disciplineEnsure Mechanical, Electrical and Sprinkler specifications are maintained as necessaryUtilise and improve Airtable, BIM360/ACC toolsConduct annual KPI reviews on key external partnersQualificationsA Qualification in Project/Construction Management, and 3+ years of experience in Retail Project/Construction ManagementRetail experience is essential - either directly or via a consultancyHolding or actively working towards a Chartered membership of a construction related professional body or other professional accreditation e.g APM / PMIAn in-depth experience of projects exceeding 1mExperience in a fast paced, ever-changing working environment - must be agile and adaptableSound knowledge of legal and contractual frameworksExperience of all construction stages of the design process from conception through to deliveryUnderstanding of Building Regulations and ComplianceThorough knowledge of architectural drawings and specifications for construction document productionMust have a high level of financial appraisal skillAble to manage multiple projects simultaneously and troubleshoot during a projectStrong leadership skills with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detailAble to build, mentor and develop a high performing external teamsMust be able to work well under tight deadlines and able to reprioritise efficientlySelf-starter able to work under own initiativeAble to travel globally when requiredAdditional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
