We are specialized in Industrial Performance (Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Project Management).and Digital Systems (IT & Software and Systems Engineering)Our expertise serves various technological sectors such as the aerospace, defense, rail, and energy industries while providing distinctive support to their development and operations.Job DescriptionWe are Hiring an experienced Professional in Aerospace Supplier Development (Crisis Recovery) .Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex supplier development and recovery missions to safeguard delivery and qualityDrive continuous improvement roadmaps with strategic suppliers and their sub-tiersFacilitate transformation initiatives using Lean, APQP, and Six Sigma toolsSupport cross-functional teams in major Transfers of Work or industrial ramp-upsConduct industrial maturity and capacity assessmentsServe as the performance point-of-contact for internal stakeholders across procurement, operations, and programsIdentify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure suppliers can meet tomorrows demands todayQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or a related fieldHands-on expertise in:Aerospace Supplier Recovery or crisis turnaroundLean, Six Sigma, APQP, or problem-solving methodologiesCapacity and industrial capability assessmentsMajor production transfers or global industrialization projectsMRP and ERP systems (APICS/CPIM is a plus)
