They are seeking experienced Electrical Fitters to support the construction, testing, and installation of bespoke electrical systems and equipment at their UK manufacturing facility and customer locations worldwide.This is a hands-on, technically focused role suited to an Electrical Fitter or Electrical Technician with strong machine build and fault-finding experience, looking for international travel opportunities and long-term career development within a growing engineering environment.The role is based at their production facility in Telford. Main Responsibilities: Construction and assembly of electrical systems and equipment from detailed engineering drawingsElectrical wiring, panel building, and machine build within a manufacturing environmentTesting, fault-finding, diagnostics, and quality assurance of electrical equipmentInstallation, commissioning, and support of systems at customer sites across the UK and worldwideWorking independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering teamPrioritising workloads to meet project timescales and production deadlinesEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standardsRequired Skills: Proven hands-on experience in electrical assembly, machine building, or industrial equipment installationStrong fault-finding and diagnostic capability on electrical systemsSound knowledge of manufacturing processes and electrical build proceduresAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematicsExperience working to high-quality and safety standards within an engineering environmentFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel worldwide and work overtime when requiredBenefits: Salary up to 32,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysOvertime opportunitiesInternational travel opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentCareer progression within a growing engineering businessGot your attention?If you believe that you have the skills and experience for the Electrical Fitter role - then please get in touch.
