We're recruiting a Supported Housing Worker to join a values-driven team supporting individuals experiencing homelessness to build brighter, more independent futures.This is a rewarding frontline role where no two days are the same - and where your work genuinely transforms lives.Your new roleAs a Supported Housing Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients with medium-level needs across two supported accommodation locations.
