Solicitor - Property Law

BWS Law is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing and highly regarded property team. Our commercial property department undertakes high-quality, varied and often complex work for a broad client base including developers, investors, lenders, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals. You will play a key role within the commercial property team, managing your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on larger and more complex matters. Acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and secured lending Advising clients on commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants), lease renewals and variations Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the department Our commercial property team is known for delivering practical, commercial advice and a high level of client service. We act on matters that are both intellectually engaging and commercially significant, with a strong emphasis on quality rather than volume.
