Youll be responsible for day-to-day team operations, caseload oversight, staff support, and the delivery of expert rehabilitation for patients with complex needs.This role offers a balance of advanced clinical work, service improvement, and professional leadership perfect for someone ready to step up or already working at senior level.What Youll Be DoingYoull lead the physiotherapy function across both services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care. This includes:Providing specialist assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation for complex casesOverseeing physiotherapy staff, caseloads, and resourcesSupporting and deputising for senior managers as requiredContributing to service development, clinical standards, and evidence-based practiceSupporting and developing colleagues through supervision, mentoring, and trainingEnsuring compliance with documentation, governance, audit and CQC requirementsWhat Were Looking ForEssentialPhysiotherapy degree and HCPC registrationCSP membershipExperience in Urgent Care Response and/or Intermediate CareStrong clinical experience working with complex rehabilitation and Older AdultsExperience supporting or supervising junior staffExcellent communication, organisation, and clinical reasoningConfident with IT systems and digital documentationCommitted to professional development and evidence-based practiceDesirableMSc in management/leadership (or equivalent experience)Experience in service development or policy implementationExperience delivering training or presenting at conferencesAbout the CompanyWe change lives by transforming health and care.Established in 2006, we are one of the UK's leading independent providers of community health and care services, working with health and care commissioners and communities to transform services with a focus on experience, efficiency and improved outcomes.
