This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong industry experience to drive quality performance, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvementacross the organisation.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support quality engineering activities across product development and manufacturing within semiconductor environments.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards are consistently met.Partner closely with suppliers in Europe and the Far East, including international travel when required.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and quality frameworks.Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.Key RequirementsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.5+ years post-graduate experience in Quality Engineering within the semiconductor industry.Strong working knowledge of JEDEC, AEC, and ISO 9001 standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organisation.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant and visible impact in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
