In this role, you will manage a varied caseload including property damage, uninsured loss recovery, credit hire, and non-fault accident claims. Your responsibilities will encompass thorough legal analysis, reviewing documentation, and crafting strategies to drive successful claim outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Case Management: Handle a full caseload of motor claims matters, ensuring each case progresses efficiently and effectively.Legal Research: Keep abreast of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law to inform case strategies and strengthen arguments.Negotiation: Lead negotiations with insurers, opposing parties, and solicitors to secure favourable settlements while maintaining professional relationships.Client Management: Deliver excellent client service by providing regular updates, managing expectations, and promptly addressing queries or concerns.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with all legal standards, accurately document case details, and follow established internal procedures.About Our ClientOur client is a well-established independent law firm offering comprehensive legal services to both businesses and individuals.
