Casualty Adjuster North West (Home / Field Based)Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.Were looking for an experienced Casualty Adjuster to join a well-established, high-quality claims management business as part of their growing Casualty Division.Youll handle a mix of fast track and multi-track liability claims including Employers, Public, Products, TPPD, and CAR. This is a home-based role with regular field visits across the North West.What youll be doingManaging a caseload of around 80 files efficiently and proactivelyConducting thorough site investigations and preparing clear, detailed reportsHandling claims from cradle to grave, or on an investigation and report-only basisLiaising with insurers, policyholders, witnesses, and expertsAssessing liability, controlling indemnity spend, and negotiating settlementsProviding sound technical advice and ensuring service standards are metSupporting business development and maintaining strong relationshipsWhat were looking forMinimum 5 years experience in loss adjusting or claims handling within casualtyCert CII and/or Cert CILA preferredStrong understanding of Commercial Combined Liability and CAR policiesExcellent communication, organisation, and analytical skillsProfessional approach with a can-do attitudeFull, clean UK driving licenceWhats on offerSalary between 45,000 and 65,000 depending on experienceDiscretionary bonus and incentive schemesCar allowance or company car25 days annual leave plus your birthday off, rising to 30 days with service5% pension contributionPrivate healthcare and life assuranceEnhanced parental and sick payLong service awards and employee assistance programmeElectric vehicle scheme after inductionCareer development and progression opportunitiesIf youre an experienced Casualty Adjuster looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive, forward-thinking business, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
