Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help oversee the smooth operation of the service, supporting staff and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care. The role includes leading care staff, supporting care planning and risk assessments, coordinating with healthcare professionals and ensuring the home maintains the highest standards of dignity, safety and wellbeing for residents. You will also take responsibility for the service in the absence of the Registered Manager, providing leadership and guidance to the care team.
