Eliminate the spreadsheets and make manual record-keeping a thing of the past with Policy Manager our all-in-one policy management tool.The roleAs an Education Consultant, you will drive new and cross-sell revenue within your pipeline and territory by engaging key decision-makers and understanding their needs. You will generate leads, build strong relationships, and consistently achieve sales targetsDay to day includes: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators by promoting the company's productsConduct high-volume outreach, including daily calls and prospecting via LinkedIn and other tools, to build and maintain a strong sales pipelineManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing dealsDevelop in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and competitor landscapeManage sales opportunities effectively while adhering to established sales processesNegotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed targetsDeliver engaging platform demonstrations to showcase product featuresProvide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain visibility of opportunitiesMaintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)Use social media and attend events to support marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and generate leadsCollaborate with internal teams to achieve wider business objectivesExecute sales strategies to maximise cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolioThis is a great opportunity for someone who understands the education sector sales landscape and is looking for a role with higher earning potential, career growth, and professional development.The packageThe company is passionate about helping organisations grow and thrive through knowledge and connection.
