Family Law Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 ranked firm that is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (or Legal Executive FCILEx) to join their highly regarded and growing Family team. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, civil partnership disputes, and high-net-worth financial settlements Advising clients on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and complex international family law issues Conducting advocacy in financial and children matters Supporting wider business development activities and contributing to the continued success of the team The successful candidate will need: 3 years'' PQE as a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive Strong technical knowledge and demonstrable experience in private family law, particularly divorce and financial remedy Confident advocacy skills and excellent client care A proactive, professional approach with strong communication skills In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, a flexible and supportive working environment, and clear opportunities for progression within a Legal 500 recognised team.
