Would you like to be part of a long-standing company and close nit team offering long term stability as the company continues to grow and develop?This business partners with print distributors, supporting high profile end users across the UK and Europe.Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager:Managing and developing an existing portfolio of UK accounts of varying sizesActing as the key point of contact and building long term relationshipsKeeping customers updated on new products and innovationsFollowing up warm marketing leads to obtain new businessProducing and following up quotations and samplesHandling queries and occasional complaints along with admin dutiesSupporting bespoke customer projectsCoordinate internally to ensure delivery expectations are metRequirements of the Internal Account Manager:Has B2B sales experience in Account Management roleAre confident following up quotations and proactively selling new productsIdeally understands print, retail display, POS or signage industry or similarHas experience dealing with procurement buyers or technical specifiersIs highly organised and able to juggle multiple prioritiesIs adaptable and solution focusedEnjoys relationship building and becoming a trusted partnerCommercially minded, able to negotiate and understand margins
