Job DescriptionSecond Line Sales Leadership Role for an IT Services Business.In this pivotal role, you'll be the strategic mastermind crafting winning sales strategies, building enduring client relationships, and guiding a dynamic team of sales professionals to exceed expectations.The Role:Managing 2 Sales Managers and 14 Business Development Managers/Account ManagersP&L ResponsibilityFostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring we achieve our ambitious revenue and profit targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving sustainable growth.Captivate customers and partners with compelling presentations, effectively communicating unique value proposition and solutions.Work seamlessly with fellow sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.Requirements:Proven experience selling managed services, cloud, SDWAN, connectivity, SD-WAN, cyber security, IT managed services, mobile, IoT or UCaaS/CCaaS would be idealExperience of managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results.Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and commercial performance.Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.Package - Base of 90k + 8k car, 130k to 150k OTE , possible stock options - flexible depending on the experience
