You''ll lead our dedicated attendance team, driving a culture where every day in school counts. To succeed in this role, you''ll need to build positive, professional relationships with pupils, parents and wider stakeholders - always with a focus on removing barriers and encouraging engagement.About the roleGood attendance is the foundation of success at school. As our Attendance Manager, you''ll lead on attendance tracking, working closely with pupils, families and colleagues to identify patterns, remove barriers, and support those who need help to attend regularly.You''ll:Monitor and analyse attendance data daily and weeklyWork with families and pupils to tackle persistent absenceDeliver and support interventions to improve attendanceBe a point of contact for external agencies and servicesPromote a culture where excellent attendance is recognised and celebratedYou''ll work as part of our committed pastoral team, ensuring no pupil is left behind.
