From conferences to incentives, gala dinners, and awards ceremonies, they work with each client from initial concept to execution to deliver high-quality events every time!The roleThe Project Director will lead the production planning and delivery of a range of live, virtual, and hybrid events such as conferences, awards shows, and gala dinners. From creative concept to reconciliation, this 360 role involves guiding clients and leading internal teams and external suppliers, including content, video production, and technical/AV elements. This is a client-facing role where you are the lynchpin of the project.About youWe are looking for candidates with experience in live, hybrid, and virtual events and an understanding of production and content, although this is not a technical role. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, brief in event logistics, AV, video, content, graphics, and entertainment.
