Job Description Elevation HR are proud to be working with one of our Sheffield based clients as they look to appoint a HR Business Partner to join their well-established financial services business on a full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract. This will be a crucial and varied role, providing HR guidance and advice to key stakeholders, collaborating with the business leaders to understand their challenges and objectives to achieve business goals.Benefits as a HR Business Partner include:Hybrid Working (2/3 Days Working from Home)30 Days Annual Leave Plus Bank HolidaysHealthcare Cash PlanWellbeing programmesGenerous PensionAs HR Business Partner, you will also be required to support and coach the line managers to enhance their people management skills and to support on any people-related matters.Some key duties will include:Partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning and workforce planning to build future capabilitySupport managers and the Talent Acquisiton team with end to end recruitment offering advice and coordinating interviewsManage employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and people-focused outcomesEmbed effective performance management, coaching managers and supporting the annual performance cycleDrive employee engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives to enhance the employee experienceSupport reward and resourcing activities, including recruitment and annual pay and bonus processesAct as a change partner, supporting organisational change and delivering key HR and DEI initiativesThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience working within the financial services or other similar regulated or public sector industriesExtensive experience of Employee Relations and end-to-end recruitment experienceCIPD Level 5 or similar is desirableAble to commit to the full 12-month fixed-term contractIf this sounds like the role for you then please apply now.
