As part of this growth, were offering an exciting opportunity for aSkilled Bakerto share their expertise as aWork-Based Learning Tutor. Were looking for someone with a strong background in professional baking whos ready to use their knowledge and experience to support the delivery of abespoke Level 2 Baking Apprenticeship. This is a hands-on role that combines teaching, mentoring, and working closely with employers to help apprentices build the skills they need for a successful career in the baking industry. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager for Business and Enterprise, the successful candidate will join a supportive team of tutors and industry professionals. Youll be responsible for delivering and developing the Level 2 programme, ensuring it meets both industry standards and employer expectations. Youll also play a key role in monitoring apprentice progress and supporting continuous improvement to provide a high-quality teaching and learning experience. As the successful candidate, you will be offered an hourly rate of between 13.92 - 21.65 , depending on duties performed.
